1. Written Complaints

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, PixelGrid Studio allows customers to submit written complaints regarding our services or products. You may submit your complaint:

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing without delay. A formal response will be provided within 15 days of the date the complaint was received.

2. Right to Unilateral Termination (Right of Withdrawal)

As a consumer, you have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).
