Written Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, <strong>PixelGrid Studio<\/strong> allows customers to submit written complaints regarding our services or products. You may submit your complaint:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Via email:<\/strong> <a href=\"mailto:igor.bobic.arrt@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">igor.bobic.arrt@gmail.com<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Via mail to our registered address:<\/strong> PixelGrid Studio, Borina\u010dka 37, 32100 Vinkovci, Croatia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing without delay. A formal response will be provided within <strong>15 days<\/strong> of the date the complaint was received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Right to Unilateral Termination (Right of Withdrawal)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As a consumer, you have the right to terminate the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you) acquire physical possession of the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effects of withdrawal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
